Damn, the polish on this thing is pretty nice - the effects, opening intro, the in-game cutscenes; The game looks pretty and the music is very catchy.

The double-character spin is a nice twist for the genre but it makes also the game a bit tedious to play (it's the small things like requiring to press up to pick Lumi/ pressing down to drop and shift to switch; when dropping Lumi isn't placed where Light stands but is thrown instead). This becomes noticeable especially when the player needs to react fast like defeating shooting enemies. I wonder if this could be streamlined to make Light automatically pick-up lumi when near and shift to drop and switch. Platforming itself could also be more fleshed out (the characters move quite slow, the jump height is pretty limited and the combat range short).

Yet I couldn't score this game any lower than 4.5 - the polish is just so good on this one. With more effort I think this could be turned into a commercial project.

Thanks so much for your feedback, I will sure to keep it in mind. Thanks!

I like the Yoshi's Island inspired feel of the game! The graphics are cute and colorful, the opening screen very nostalgic and the soundscape is very pleasing.

The gameplay is pretty hard and challenging from the start and I would have preferred if the game first introduced the mechanics of the game and then later environmental hazards and enemies - now they all come at you at once. Sometimes it's also a bit hard to differentiate the background from the foreground.

Other than that, I'd still say it's solid work! Especially for a first game jam project. Good job!

Atmospheric little puzzle game that gets a little harder after each level.

I wonder if the special building tile is absolutely necessary for the game or would it be better if you could start placing the pipelines from the get go. I also wonder if it is necessary for player to click through the level after building pipelines or could it be possible to automatically detect whether there's possibility to reach the goal or not (to skip the tedious clicking marathon at the end, though the spinning tiles might prove to be tricky).

Overall the game is well-put together and I enjoyed playing it. With a little polish this could be turned into a commercial little game!
